- All designs must be submitted in acceptable formats (JPEG, PNG, AI, PDF).
- Customers must approve digital proofs before production begins.
- Production time varies depending on order volume, material type, and customization complexity.
- Changes must be requested before production starts. Once printing begins, no changes are possible.
- Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
- We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payments.
- Full payment is required before production.
- Shipping & Delivery
- Available in Kuala Lumpur, nationwide within Malaysia, and in Singapore.
- Delivery times are estimated during ordering; delays from couriers or weather are beyond our control.
- Customers in Kuala Lumpur may pick up orders at our store location.
- Returns & Refunds
- Custom orders are non-returnable unless defective or printed incorrectly.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery with photographic proof.
- Intellectual Property
- Customer designs remain the customer's property, but Print On Demand may use finished works for marketing unless agreed otherwise.
- All website content and designs remain our intellectual property.
- Liability Limitation
- We are not responsible for courier delays.
- We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided designs.
- We are not liable for losses due to events beyond our control.

FAQ – Terms of Service
- Can I cancel my order after payment? You can cancel before production starts. Once printing begins, no cancellations are possible.
- Do you ship outside Malaysia? Currently, we only ship within Malaysia and Singapore.
- How long does production take? Typical production time is 1–7 business days depending on the order.
